What data I handle and why

Visiting the website. The website is hosted on Vercel (USA), which records technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, page and time) to serve the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not use that data for analytics or profiling.

Email. If you write to mrsitofull@gmail.com, I use your address and message only to reply. Legal basis: your consent when you write to me (Art. 6(1)(a)). I keep the conversation for as long as it is needed. The mailbox is a Gmail (Google) account.

Contact form. If you write to me from the form on the website, I use your name, email and message only to reply. The message is sent to my mailbox through Resend (USA), which acts as the sending provider. This website does not store it in any database. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form (Art. 6(1)(a)). I keep the conversation for as long as it is needed. To prevent spam, the website counts the submissions from each IP address in the server's temporary memory (about 3 every 10 minutes and 8 per day), without storing them permanently (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Ask my portfolio and Do I fit your job offer? The text you type or paste (questions, job offers) is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the answer. This website does not store it. I use the free Gemini plan, and under Google's terms that plan allows submitted content to be used to improve its products and reviewed by people. So do not include personal data or confidential information. Legal basis: your consent when you send the text (Art. 6(1)(a)).

AI usage limit. To prevent abuse, the website counts the requests from each IP address in the server's temporary memory (about 8 every 10 minutes and 40 per day). They are not stored permanently. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Console on the home page. It runs in your browser and does not send what you type to any server.

Language and theme. They are saved in your browser; see the cookie policy.

Who it is shared with

With Vercel (hosting), Google (Gemini and email) and Resend (sending the contact form), which act as providers. They may process data outside the European Economic Area; according to their policies, they do so with safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask me for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to mrsitofull@gmail.com. I will answer within one month. If you think I have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

No automated decisions

The AI only generates informative texts. It makes no decisions about you.
